Is this the level of support expected from Celsius Network? - School boy error follow-up!
Last year I complained about the level of support when I made a school boy error and nearly lost $300. I sent the money from Binance Smart Chain, directly to my Celsius Network BUSD account and they never reached the destination. It took a constant exghange of emails and 49 days to finally received 300 BUSD in my Binance Smart Chain wallet.
I was disappointed about the customer support I received and Celsius was very slow answers but at least the issue was sorted. However, 49 days wait was laughable and Celsius had to improve and speed up the way they sort out this kind of problems. Recently I had some issues with promo codes and I must admit the customer service improved a lot, with my problem being sorted on the day! Well done for the Customer Service Updates!
The claim codes are another benefit of Celsius, with codes being shared constantly. If I have the required tokens somewhere else, I will use the opportunity to cover the fees, earn a bit extra and created a bigger flow of Residual Income! This worked for me and can only share my positive personal experience.
