Rumors are spreading that VeChain has recently partnered with fashion brand H&M although this has not yet been confirmed by either party. VeChain is a blockchain project that focuses on making supply chain management efficient which is probably in the best interest for H&M who are looking to more clearly visualize their supply chain.
VeChain's chief executive, Sunny Lu, recently confirmed that the company was working with a “fast fashion brand”. They've done business with H&M in the past so the conclusion seems easy to make at this point.
Further resaerch undertaken by a Chinese media platform confirms that the collaboration will be with Cos, which is a brand that falls under the H&M label. Cos was founded in 2007 and already has 290 stores in 44 different countries.
Cream, a crypto investment firm, stated in an article that the partnership also has benefits for Cos's second-hand clothing trade. A token will be hung on each garment. The token is proof that the garment is officially Cos.
VeChain have recently implemented their most significant update entitled Entropy v1.3.0.
