This week’s battle challenge focuses on the Legionnaire Alvar.

Legionnaire Alvar Veralyn is a formidable presence on the battlefield, with a mana cap of 9, melee damage of 3, and speed of 2. His armor was imbued with magic, making him nearly invulnerable to most attacks. His health of 6 is further reinforced by his Void Armor ability which allows magic attacks to hit his armor before his health. He is also a Giant Killer who can do double damage against targets that cost ten or more mana. With his massive, two-handed sword, said to have been forged in the Realm of Nightmare, his conquests are legendary, earning him the title of Godkiller after single-handedly defeating one of the Old Gods. His enemies fear him for his brutal nature and desire for battle and conquest. His presence alone can strike fear in the hearts of even the most seasoned warriors.

Ultimately a one-sided battle as my opponent had no answer to the powerhouse Legionnaire Alvar. My opponent's low mana cap tank couldn't match the formidable Legionnaire Alvar. His armor, imbued with magic, proved to be a tough defense and helped his survivability. The supporting cast of monsters, Uraeus, Celestial Harpy, and Dax Paragon, all provided invaluable support to the Legionnaire Alvar. The battle was over quickly, with a decisive victory for my team. The Legionnaire Alvar proved the key to our success.
