Relationship anxiety is actually extremely common and normal. It can happen before you and the other person even meet and relationship anxiety does not just pertain to a significant other can be friends or family as well.
Signs of Relationship anxiety:
- Feeling insecure about the relationship
- doubting the other persons feelings

- Anxious attachment style: is the fear of the other person leaving
- Having a questionable nature: if you have tendency to question your choices or possible outcomes
How to help overcome relationship anxiety:
- Try addressing issues as they arise, talk to your partner or friend so they understand what you are feeling
- Maintain your identity do not change to accommodate what you thing the other person wants you to be
- Try to be mindful of the present and not worry about the future or the past but be just in the moment
- Having good communication
- Talk to a therapist
Relationship anxiety may never completely go away, but these are some things that could help manage it that way you can spend more time enjoying your relationship.
