One Contract Holds 100% of DNA Per One Scanner: A Six-Day Review of DE NEO AGENT

One Contract Holds 100% of DNA Per One Scanner: A Six-Day Review of DE NEO AGENT

I started this review expecting a quick answer to a friend's question, and the holder list is where it stopped being quick.

What is DNA, and how old is it?

The token is DE NEO AGENT, ticker DNA, on BNB Chain, at contract 0xa991f61940095aea0724ef54077223b048c5cf7b. The first trading pool was created on 2026-10-16, 6 days before the snapshot; age is measured from the first pool, not contract deployment. The data tool still files it under "established." The project says, in claims not independently verified, that it builds market infrastructure for the "agent economy," meaning AI agents that learn, compete and coordinate. Gate's announcement calls it an operating system for that economy, and the project's website title says trust infrastructure, equally unverified. Price in the main pool: $0.1893. Down 8.95% over the past day, and below the $0.318231 high CoinGecko recorded on 2026-10-17. History, not a forecast.

Who holds the supply?

GoPlus, the only scanner that reported, lists 4 holders, and one of them, an unlabeled contract at 0x4c871ec8fde23774dae254130006468fb22a965d, holds 999,999,970 tokens, or 100.0% of the 1,000,000,000 supply. The other three hold 10 tokens each. Elsewhere, CoinMarketCap shows about 11.83K holders and iTrusty about 12K, both figures Not independently verified, while the ten pools together logged about 6,969 transactions in a day. Four holders do not generate that much trading. The four listed balances add exactly to total supply, which may mean the list shows the token as it looked right after creation, or the contract may hold the locked allocations the project describes; neither explanation is confirmed. Without a full holder list, supply concentration cannot be assessed from this data. Not seeing it here means the data is missing, not that nothing happened.

How deep is the liquidity?

On-chain liquidity totals $92,967.20 across 10 pools. Most of it, $80,215.78, sits in one Uniswap DNA/USDT pool whose cash side is 37,341 USDT. Against a DexScreener market cap of $17,041,912, that is roughly half a cent of liquidity per dollar of headline value, and thinner still against the $189,354,577 fully diluted valuation. A $2,000 trade would be about 5.4% of the USDT in the main pool, enough to move the price by an amount this snapshot does not measure. The data does not show whether the liquidity itself is locked, burned or held by someone who can withdraw it. The project's 40M-token "Liquidity" allocation, Not independently verified, is a token budget rather than a lock. The OKX page lists DNA perpetual futures, and other exchange listings appear only in project-sourced material; Not independently verified, and the on-chain pools are not the whole field.

Is anyone trading it?

Yes, though the totals depend on which pools get counted. The headline figure covers the main pool only: $542,975.90 in volume over a day, with 1,752 buys and 1,870 sells. Count all ten pools and volume comes to about $719,273.27. Daily volume in the main pool was $3,088,676.25 on 2026-10-16, a partial first day, and $832,733.79 on 2026-10-21. Volume was loudest on opening day, then quieter. Two single hours on 2026-10-21 traded about $175k and $180k, each more than all on-chain liquidity combined. Buy and sell counts run nearly even, and some tiny pools show volume far beyond their size. Arbitrage or automated routing could do that, and wash trading is also a possibility this data cannot test; without wallet data I cannot see who was trading. Aggregators report far higher daily volume; Not independently verified, and not counted here.

What does the contract show?

Etherscan shows verified source code for a contract named DeNeoAgent, compiler v0.8.24, and both Etherscan and GoPlus say it is not a proxy, so its logic cannot be swapped out by that route. GoPlus reports no mint function, no balance editing, no pause, no blacklist, no cooldown and no block on buying or selling. It reads buy and sell taxes at 0.0%, marked not modifiable, raises no honeypot flag and lists zero risk items with no score, which means it flagged nothing, not that anything was cleared. Honeypot.is, the second checker, returned nothing, and no simulated trade exists, so the 0.0% fee rests on one static reading. GoPlus also left the owner field empty without marking ownership renounced. This is inconclusive: there may be no owner, or one the scanner missed, and nobody in this review has read the source to settle it. The creator wallet, 0x5b3791570f50e5f8aeec1f304a41349b0462f0d3, holds 0.0% per GoPlus, a reading limited by stale-looking holder data. Kryll X-Ray shows a "Stay Cautious" label, Not independently verified, with audit alerts behind a login; a scanner label is something to interpret, not a verdict. No audit report turned up.

What do the project and community say?

The snapshot's social fields list no X, Telegram, Discord or website. Gate and OKX both link an X account, @NeoSoulAI, but the project's own website has not been confirmed to link it and I did not open it, so it stays unverified. Not independently verified. The project's tokenomics document claims, Not independently verified, that 13% of the 1,000,000,000 supply circulated at launch, with team, investor, treasury and advisor allocations locked for 12 months and fully released by month 39; this review did not check that schedule against on-chain lock contracts. Project-sourced articles add an $11M funding round from named investors, more than 4 million agents and 11 million predictions, all of it Not independently verified. One report names a co-founder only as Kaelan and a press release gives Kaelan Rao; these names come only from those sources, are not an allegation about any person, and are Not independently verified. Gate is running a Launchpool campaign from Oct 16 to Nov 6 with 2,800,000 DNA in rewards, which measures exchange marketing, not interest in the token.

What are the concerns?

First, the holder data does not hold together, so supply concentration cannot be judged. Second, on-chain liquidity is thin next to the valuation. Third, the data does not show whether that liquidity is locked. Fourth, the market cap rests on two circulating supply figures: dividing by the price, DexScreener's number implies about 90.0M tokens and CoinGecko's $24,360,022 implies about 128.7M. Fifth, lookalikes: other tokens use the NeoSoul name or DNA ticker on other chains and at a different BSC address. Lower on the sheet: official channels not confirmed by the project's own site, contract readings resting on one scanner, and trading patterns that cannot be explained without wallet data.

What looks fine?

Public, non-proxy code, no mint switch, no trading restrictions or fees flagged by GoPlus, a creator wallet showing nothing, and several reported exchange listings. Each carries a caveat: published code is not reviewed code, one static scanner is one opinion, the creator reading rests on stale-looking data, and listings are marketing, not endorsements.

What is still unknown?

Plenty, and saying so beats guessing. Transfer histories came back for 0 of 4 watched wallets, so I cannot see whether the big contract has moved tokens, who traded at launch, or whether any wallets keep dealing with each other. With no earlier snapshot, I cannot say whether liquidity or holders have changed in six days. Also open: the real circulating supply, which wallets hold the project-managed tokens, the slippage on any given trade, and what the community is actually discussing.

My friend wanted a clear answer, and the data does not support one. Homework, then: open BscScan, paste in 0x4c871ec8fde23774dae254130006468fb22a965d, and check its type, its deployer and whether its balance has moved since creation.

The last question on my card stays open: what is that contract, and who, if anyone, holds the key to it?

Degen Daily takes one memecoin a day and takes it apart: who holds it, who built it, what the contract actually does, what the community is saying and what it is leaving out. Every number comes from a timestamped data snapshot. Every claim is marked verified or not. Every red flag stays in, however good the joke was. Nothing here is advice and nothing here predicts a price.
