Hello there!

I am really happy with all the positive feedback I received from many of you! Thank you very much for your support. This feedback encourages me to keep going.

Important news and updates occured since my last post.

Volcano Tiki Ritual Quest has been activated.

The Chief awaits you on top of his volcano for the ritual. You have to climb to the Koko Crater in Honolulu, Hawaii. You must be accompanied by 8 fellow hunters and each must wear a different Tiki Warrior Cubie from the same tribe (same loincloth) for the ritual to start. Once completed you will get the Epic Tiki Chief Cubie BP and enough Koa wood to print the Tiki Chief. You can accomplish the ritual only once. After, once a week (Monday noon UTC reset), you can go back to the volcano to get a small amount of Koa Wood.

First monument structure.

The Volcano is the first monument structure and the first geolocation quest of Coin Hunt World . The intent is to deploy monuments all over the world at touristic locations for special quests. Each of these monuments will have a special feature unique to its location and will give out special Epic blueprints and resources to build the Epic Cubie. The possibilities with this new feature are so numerous that my mind can’t process it. It means that many Hunters will now plan their vacations accordingly to complete all these quests.

UV leaderboard points exploit has been neutralized.

Many players were farming leaderboard points by repeatedly destroying uservaults in order to refill them to get the points. The dev team decided to patch that exploit by adding a lifetime limit of 1000 resin pucks eligible for leaderboard points. All points received before the patch will remain. This will surely change the leaderboard competition a bit, leveling the playing field. This measure does not apply to cubiecranes since you can’t destroy them.

Increased occurrence of PhotoQuests.

In order to fight cheating, Photoquests will now appear more often. The reward has been changed to a resource box since you will get it more frequently. The purpose of the photoquest is to validate that you are a real player and the correct location of that vault. In order to have a successful photoquest you must:

Take a picture of your thumb (to establish you are human)
Not be in your car (hunting in cars is discouraged)
Be in a well lighted location (must see where you are)
Show a distinctive feature of that location (to compare with previous pictures or Google Street View)

Lucvend’s personal update

Since my last update, I have slowly increased my key stack. I did spend some keys to bid on some Tiki Cubies I was missing, green paint, and some other resources. I have also sold a bunch of duplicate Tiki Cubies to maintain my key level. I was also able to complete two BuddyQuests.

As mentioned before, I have decided to buy the missing Tikis as my stack of Tiki BP is getting down to zero. I’ll try to purchase the Hihiu Tiki Cubie in the Auction House but it is very pricey.

That is all for now. We should learn in the next few weeks about the HQ level 5 and hopefully the tagging system. I am also currently working on another post about the upcoming structures.
