One More Reason to Use BRAVE - Privacy Test

Johnathan Sampson, is a web developer who is currently working on Brave Browser. He just posted a comparison of brave performance for iOS devices on Twitter and I had to share it with you guys because I know we are all Brave lovers here.

In this study, he compares Brave, DuckDuckGo, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera, Microsoft Edge and Safari.

Only DuckDuckGo and Brave seem to scrupulously respect the user's research without sending additional information to a third party. The difference between the two browsers comes from, and I quote:

Typing “brave” resulted in 5 calls to DDG’s auto-complete service. Each letter inserted resulted in a payload of JSON being downloaded with a set of phrase predictions.

It can also be noted that Safari does not appear on the graph. This is simply due to the fact that quantifying things for Safari is much harder since the test is done for iOS. Johnathan Sampson cannot therefore carry out the analysis identically and therefore does not want to present a "biased" result. However, seeing the results we can declare Brave the big winner of this test. And it's clear that communicating such results on user privacy is good for Brave, especially following the controversy of affiliate links.

So here is my advice : just use Brave ! And if you are not, you will find my referral link just below.
