The secret to a long and healthy life: fish! Which fish / fishes are good? Here is my personal interpretation (life and traditional health experience): All fish should be consumed! The reason for this is the different mineral structure and vitamins of each fish! Example: While some fish contain high levels of omega 3 and omega 6 vitamins, phosphorus called garfish is high. There is also a vitamin that can heal diabetic patients in the fish named Lapin !! (I shared it last), again, the scientific world has not been able to figure out what the poison in Scorpion fish does. What is certain for now: To protect and improve the cardiovascular system, bone strength and intelligence; it is absolutely necessary to consume fish.
