Some say that one of the main reasons why people use therapists is that opening up to somebody who doesn't know you, doesn't necessarily care about you except laterally and professionally and has no skin in your game, so to speak, is easier than it is to open up to people you know and that know you.
Maybe.
I've never been to therapy, but I have been writing pretty much all my adult life and that is sort of the same thing. Or at least to me it is. Writing down what I'm feeling and thinking on paper (figure of speech) helps me, and always has.
I don't do that as often these days, mainly, I suspect, because I've been writing as part of my job for a while, so once I'm off work I sometimes feel like doing other things.
But whatever, the bottom line is, I'm writing this, on a platform about crypto, to express that UX Designer and I are no longer a thing.
I met UX Designer two and a half years ago, and we moved in together within a couple of months. It all went well. And then it didn't. And then UX Designer left me.
And I'm a bit sad.
Apologies for the digression - Normal service to be resumed soon
