There is a huge problem in crypto which all less or more have to face every day.This is about the wallets, how do you choose a safe, functional wallet which can support the coins, the trades, the transactions you want? I don' t know which is better yet but i try different wallets with small amounts to see what actually are so when i can i will write about them.
I will start here with a short review about a wallet that i had problems recently. Look the wallet 's name could tell you what to expect probably although if you don 't try you can 't be sure. It is basically a greek word composed from the word exo εξω, in greek means out and the word odos οδος, means road in greek so if you already guessed that is about exodus you are right the original word is exodos εξοδος in greek with the typical latin dialect 's ending so the os became us. So it means the road to exit to go out , go out of your wallet, of your funds probably or even related with the fake religions ,the name shouldn 't be encouraging to use the product .
Beyond the name it had a high promotion some years ago. I can say that the wallet if it didn 't have some problems isn 't that bad, it is simple not chaotic like metamask with a very simple swap build in, very friendly for beginners, the design is simple too not that bad although the fees are relatively high .
The support is bad though, so i will present here some experiences i had. Initially when i started i swapped doge to usdc on base because it had the less fees but i didn 't know that i need eth to swap again as almost all the wallets it hasn t any feature about this problem so i asked the support about what to do, they haven 't something specific and exact to say like how much eth i needed although they weren 't so bad or impolite, only one person i remember responded with arrogance and bad attitude.The style was like who are you? send us your documents your id and will see what could do or else we will not help you. My response was immediately, i didn t ask you who you are , doesn 't suppose that your wallet is private it is self custodial without any kyc ? i will not send you any document i don 't know who you are, let it as it is. After this i received a reply from an other person which apologized for the previous person 's innappropriate response, so yes initially it wasn 't that bad not effective but responsive and not so impolite although there was some arrogance.
