It takes place in a family house in the countryside, the girl is about to give birth. The whole family is present to attend the event. The father calls the village doctor to give birth to his daughter. Once the doctor arrives, the latter asks the family members to stay in the living room to leave him alone with the girl in his room.

5 minutes later, the doctor returns to the family:

- You won't have a knife please?

The father gives him the knife and the doctor comes back to the bedroom.

5 minutes later, the doctor returns to the family again:

- You don't have cutters instead, actually?

So the father starts to wonder what's going on, and gives him the wire cutters.

10 minutes later, the doctor comes back to see the family again:

- I'd rather have a hacksaw, please.

The whole family becomes hyper anxious, it is total panic, but the father passes the hacksaw to the doctor, who goes back to the room.

15 minutes later, the doctor came back to see the family soaked in sweat, their hair in fluff, and said:

- Forgive me, but ... we'll have to call someone else, because ... I can't open my satchel.
