Hotel reservation service Travala.com, which both accept cryptocurrencies as payment methods, and TravelByBit, the flight reservation site, announced that they have merged their platforms.

According to the announcement dated May 20, Travala.com and TravelByBit will become a platform that allows users to book from more than 2 million hotels and 600 airlines.

Supports Binance
Both companies are supported by the leading crypto exchange Binance. Changpeng Zhao, CEO of the Exchange, announced that companies can offer advanced reservation service to the crypto community.

Travala.com currently supports payments with more than 25 popular cryptocurrencies, including legal currency and Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Binance Coin (BNB) and Binance Dollar (BUSD).

The platform also includes its own token AVA, which offers users access to gifts and discounts and will soon be available on TravelByBit. Travala spokesperson stated:

“AVA, which is the Travala.com platform's own crypto money, can now be used to collect payments, loyalty points and access special discounts and gifts under the Smart Program. [...] Every time a reservation is made on Travala.com, the user will get AVA 2% of the total reservation cost. ”
