You heard right, it's been a year since the SwissBorg App was launched and a lot has happened during that year, the project overcame expectations and reached crazy numbers that we are going to analyse. Over 280.000 are using the App in over 100 different countries, and it might only be the beginning, let's dive into it.
1. Numbers :
Like I said over 280.000 people are using the App in 107 countries with approximately $1 billion in assets under management with the main countries being France (80.029 users), Great Britain (54.699 users) and Switzerland (29.930 users). However it's Switzerland who hold the most assets, over $360 million.
Concerning their token CHSB which is used to become Premium in the App and enjoy many benefits, it had a massive growth. Indeed it had a 8.617% growth over the year, reaching $1.55 in early March 2021, 12 Protect & Burns have been run, permanently removing 2,981,079 CHSB from the circulating supply, it will allow the token to maintain its growth and not lose value.
2. The features :
-The SwissBorg Smart Engine : the Smart Engine is a multi-node which basically watches the Binance, LMAX, Kraken and HitBTC exchanges on every exchange to get the users the best price possible. Moreover the Smart Engine creates fiat and crypto pairs that don’t exist on any exchange, like CHSB/CHF, since the beginning of this month 1.5 million exchanges have been done, with the median processing time being just 0.5 seconds, and the total exchange volume to date just hit $2 billion.
-Yield wallets : the first yield wallet was the USDC Smart Yield which optimises earning a yield on crypto assets with the goal of finding the best return for the lowest risk, it was around 21% p.a at the beginning to reach now 32% p.a. Then the CHSB Yield program which is designed to reward CHSB token holders by tying the yield offered to the performance of the SwissBorg ecosystem. Every week the yield is calculated based on SwissBorg’s Community Index, which measures the ecosystem based on the price of CHSB, the level of activity in the apps, and the level of engagement on social media and in the DAO. And on March 18th a Smart Yield was launched on Ethereum with 8.75% p.a for basic users and 17% p.a for Premium users.
