In the last month plus as an author here, I have seen my earnings plummet with the change in the tipping structure on Publish0x. With this change, I have seen even my best posts with a couple of thousand views struggle to get $0.50 when my metric of a successful post used to be the post needed to earn $1.00 A dollar plus might not have been much but I looked at it as something that was at least decent and it helped keep me in the loop reading other people's articles. 

I am sure others, like myself, have found it much more difficult/harder to digest spending the time researching and writing for an article that earns only $0.50. Before Reddit decided to wreck the r/cryptocurrency subreddit by pulling the plug on Community Points I knew I could always post a link to my article or post the newest version of the article which would result in me earning MOONs and thus the value attached to them. With that option now gone, at least until they figure out what they are going to do and possibly restart distributions, what are other authors doing? 

Ironically my average views per post in the first 24 hours is up so they are generating traffic it is just even with a post currently sitting at 1,950 it earned a whopping $0.54 which is disappointing not to mention the post in question has 82 upvotes and zero downvotes. While this move can help onboard more people it does make me wonder if authors are either going to start pushing their referral codes for other sites/projects or if it could cause Publish0x to lose good writers who decide to take their writing and audience elsewhere. I find my posting here to be therapeutic and a nice break from working 12+ hours a day in Congress so I am really interested in what others are doing to further pursue blogging and if they have started to crosspost their posts more and if so where they are posting.
