As if times were not bad enough with this Covid19, they just got a little bit tougher.
The wife decided to leave with the kid.
Just as I started to come down with a bit of something, she was out the door. I could not let this affect my immune system even more so I decided to let the past be the past and not dwell on it. I knew the stress and aggravation would just add to the problems.
I am an optimist by nature. I won’t go into detail about why she left. We are just different people with not much in common.
It is difficult to be mentally stable in these times but i consider myself a rock. Through out life I’ve developed think skin and some how things just don’t bother me.
Patience is a big part of that. Patience is just the belief and faith in yourself. Knowing that what you are doing is leading you down the right path.
Everyone has the potential to have this inner peace. No matter what is happening around us, if we can stay positive, we can overcome any adversity in our lives.
I’ll leave with a quote from Einstein. Why not. He was one of the smartest people to ever live. If we can’t solve quantum physics or know anything about e=mc squared, we can use a few simple sentences to improve our mental health.
“There are two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle.”
