Dear fellow community members, friends, and ex-team members. This is going to be a long read so take your time!
It was a pleasure working with you all since day 1 on Labra, when I first joined the project, it was because I saw it trending on CMC/CG.
When I first joined there were very few members but a very passionate community, the Dev was very active in the main chat and bringing in whatever the community suggested. I was hooked by the enthusiasm each member was bringing to the chat by promoting positive vibes. I decided to take a lead on Graphics Side as there were barely any graphics done for the community to use and wrote articles to promote it to investors on Publish0x.
So I thought I will do it myself, as I have invested my $$ in this project and the only way any project succeeds is by contributing as much you can. It's a WIN-WIN for the whole community, not just a single individual.
I was reached out by "TOLGA" partner of Silvio (Main Dev) to be a MOD for the community chat as they loved my work a lot. Below are the screenshots of what I did for the community in the "Very Early Days".

It gives me the motivation to work hard in what I do, I don't do it for pleasure and I never complain that I am tired or I need some time, if a job needs to be done it should get DONE immediately. The community can only drive forward when there are people who work hard for it, just know we were never rewarded for our work since day 1 (Original Mods). We all did what was the best for the community, at the end of the day if we make something successful it is in the best interest of the entire community.
I never complained and I always showed up for the community since day 1 with the rest of the community members, we had a lot of struggles and obstacles to go through but we never "GAVE UP" because giving up is not a word in the Labra Dictionary and I learned many things working with different people, it made me stronger in what I was picking up and learning along the way, built solid relationships and somewhat we grew a community of 1000 holders to 12000 holders without any budget but just "Community" coming forward and donating for all the marketing work.

Of course, I know I am the best in what I do, I don't care what people think about me, in my mind I am the best in what I do, I just never give "Excuses" for what I do, I keep it professional and clean and yes you have to sacrifice time for it, I did spend most of my time on it, that's why somedays I would sleep 3 hours only just like others who were working 15+ hours a day for Labra, they are wonderful people.
But of course, there comes a point that you have to move on when the company is no longer working for you.
All projects I do are like companies for me, you work with great people, you work on scaling the business up and making sure the business runs itself with a great team behind, but of course, every person has a different style of working and having different opinions, you will come across some people that are not 100% fit for the job but you give them a chance to prove and if they fail you just teach them how to improve or work better, because sometimes they do need a "Mentor/Coach". You have to share your expertise so that they can do better.
This is how you build a better community for any business!
Chapter 2 of this article
This is about SHIBANAUT, on 4th June 2021 I met "Ben" Professor X on Whatsapp and we started our conversation about this new "project"
Like every business, you first go through the round of "Introduction", so we shared our contacts and remained 100% transparent to build up trust as the "Foundation".
- Ben (Insurance Agent) as a regular job
- Myself (ex Equities Trader for JM)
We had a round of mutual conversation to know each other well because it is Ben's "first" project in cryptocurrency and he is very passionate and excited about the whole concept. I exchanged some of my personal connections with him of crypto experts in this industry that I have come across before in events around Asia and he shared his connections with me. I even shared some rappers from Asia with him that we could potentially partner them up for social marketing for Shibanaut as Ben was very interested to look deep into Asia, as you all know Asians are passionate about collectibles, and memes coins are a collection for them. Ben was very worried about Bitcoin price as it was very important for him to have a good "Pre-Sale & Launch", so I did advise him to let's wait until Saturday and we can resume our meeting (no official deal was done yet) & I TOLD HIM, please share all the details with me as I want to do my research, study the whole project before Saturday so that I can be prepared with questions.
I was very concerned before I took the project so I kept bugging "Ben" that if you're going to RUG, I am not interested in this project & vice versa from him that you don't break the trust. Here are the screenshots of our first conversation on whatsapp!

Now I want to share transparency on what I was offered for the business deal, after rounding of meetings, BEN finally had an offer agreed between him and his partner. Of course, they saw my work on Labra and other projects, so they came up with an offer to value my time and my commitment.

Yes, I am showing you what is my FEE % it's all calculated by the project owners based on my past experiences, I believe you all deserve to know the Truth! I don't like to talk too much behind people's backs, it is very unprofessional.
SO I WAS PAID 1% before PRESALE & supposed to be paid remaining 0.5% after PRESALE and 0.5% after 1000 HOLDERS
I was also paid for shillers, that I recruited, and here is their payment that was paid to ALL SHILLERS!!
with some calculations issue, the remaining 40B coins were paid back to them in BNB to all of the shillers, which was around $43 but I instead paid $50
Now the Admins that were brought to the team and their deal was disclosed to me by BEN, because BEN trusted me on my recommendations and so got them a deal for shibanaut right after me & ben were done with our zoom meeting.
You only do projects the right way by doing meetings professionally on zoom and staying 100% transparent!
1. LOUIS WAS APPOINTED AS (MARKETING GUY) AND THIS WAS THE DEAL OFFERED TO HIM BY BEN.
AS YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE, BEN WAS VERY TRANSPARENT WITH ME ABOUT THE DEAL HE OFFERED TO "LOUIS" AND WHICH LOUIS ACCEPTED THE OFFER FOR THE NEW JOB TO WORK AS "MARKETING" FOR SHIBANAUT!
2. ASH WILLIAMS was appointed as (MOD) to work on the main chat and also help backend with the team, and ASH was offered same deal as LOUIS!!
Now during PRESALE we successfully reached 285 BNB out of 500 BNB hard cap goals, all in 24 hours. This was all because of the TEAM and their hard work, the shillers did a phenomenal job and Louis did a great job with the Twitter contest (first contest) the DEVS were super impressed with a little high expectations on HARDCAP but the rest we did GREAT.
Upon Launched, we were all so relieved that our work was paid off, for shilling, promoting, marketing, hyping the main chat, and doing all the "voice chats" with the community.
In 3 days we went from 8 telegram members to 1800 telegram members, I invited a lot of people from my list to join the new project and they followed me because we have a good relationship.
Right after Pancakeswap Launch.. we had our first MESS that I had to clean up, which was very unprofessionally done by one of the TEAM MEMBER!
1. Right after Launch, an hour later when the price had a small decline because of Paperhands dump, our team member "ASH WILLIAMS" dumped his coins which was 0.23% of the total supply and the price had a significant fall.
I immediately got a call from BEN on Whatsapp, he was asking me who "DUMPED", ASH came forward and told in the admin chat that due to panic sell, he thought the devs were dumping so he "DUMPED" all & that he blamed he was"HIGH" and needed some money.

but at this point, BEN was super disappointed with me that I had advised BEN to bring ASH to the team!
But let's first start with the MOD CHAT (PRIVATE CHAT)
So clearly over here, we had a very disappointing conversation between us all mods, I still don't understand why will you encourage or support an action that was done with bad intentions to damage the project before it even starts, maybe you had "nothing to lose" or "0 investment" of yours. If you were the owner of the project, how will you REACT?
Ben's reaction was valid and he has every right to be frustrated and nervous with the team & especially me because I got the whole team together so there were "TRUST ISSUES" rising. Please read the next conversation between "BEN & ASH"

The following conversation in the screenshots below is between the original MODS, the very next thing I did was having a "ZOOM CALL" with BEN to assure him that I or my team members will never DUMP IT, even though ASH broke the contract.
BEN WAS MORE WORRIED ABOUT HOW THINGS WERE EVOLVING WITH THE MESS "ASH" STARTED, AND HE REPEATEDLY SAID THE SAME THING, HE WAS "HIGH"
IN business there are no excuses, maybe for "Louis" this was not a big deal
but for me and Ben as we come from a business background, we don't take such matters "LIGHT"
Before I close this article as it's too long now but I have to show the truth and transparency to everyone.
There are some made-up accusations of me being a FAKE "PROFESSOR X" on telegram chat and blackmailing the Main Dev "BEN" aka "Professor X", here are the proofs that we had the wrong "Professor X" in most of the group chats for shibanaut and all this time we all thought that he was the real "Professor X" and unfortunately he got most of the conversation about the plans, the process of work and what's being executed.

So while I was working with all these chats, I was also communicating with BEN on Whatsapp, for listing on "COINSNIPER, COINHOT, COIN HUNT, ETC and BEN was also forwarding back all the transactions he made through TRC20 address to "ZENITH" who was doing all the "VOTES" for those listings to get "SHIBANAUT" to #1 RANK
Meanwhile, we had a fake professor x who was watching every information in those chats, and was screen recording everything, little did we know that he was fake professor x until he approached the "REAL PROFESSOR X" to BLACKMAIL him for BNB and that he will erase all the data.
Right, when BEN approached me that there is someone who got all the inside information and is blackmailing BEN for BNB, this got BEN SUPER NERVOUS and it's very reasonable for him to be nervous or even frustrated because there is someone who is "BLACKMAILING HIM".
I immediately in rush, removed "FAKE PROFESSOR X" from all chats, blocked him but the damage was already done to make the whole situation fragile. Here are the screenshots that the SCAMMER BLACKMAILED BEN.
YES IT WAS MY MISTAKE TO HAVE ADDED THE WRONG "PROFESSOR X" AND HE GOT THIS SENSITIVE INFORMATION AND TO USE IT FOR HIS/HER SELFISH GAINS, AND FOR THIS REASON THE WHOLE MISUNDERSTANDING WENT AGAINST ME, THINKING I WAS THE FAKE PROFESSOR X TRYING TO SCAM THE REAL PROFESSOR X.....
It was at wrong timing that all these had to happen, I am not going to give excuses, but if I am already paid 1% of the max supply and 1% remaining to be paid, that makes me one of the biggest whales in the project. so why will I even try to scam for BNB? Logically it won't make sense to anyone.
So that night when I went to sleep, the next morning I woke up and realized that I was "BANNED" from all of the chats, I saw so many messages to me, I was shocked to see what was happening.
I started chatting in the SHIBANAUT SHILLSQUAD, messaging BEN (main boss) on WhatsApp, messaging "HESIENBERG" (dev) in telegram, messaging "Professor X" in telegram, messaging my team in telegram, almost everyone except "Louis", as when I read his messages, without even "Calling" me for once to clarify, he cursed and said shit about me in the chat, now that could be for few reasons if I have to think of it.
1. Too much confusion in the team chat
2. That I am paid more
3. Misunderstanding from DEVS
4. No clear communication
I tried reaching out for a voice chat in the group chat, and "Heisenberg" kept saying you are BANNED, you are OUT.......
I was never given a fairground to clarify, and honestly, this was the borderline the crossed against me, in the professional world, there's always a clarification room where everyone hears each other out before they decide such "IMPORTANT DECISION".
I spoke with my team (shillers) on a phone call, they understood everything, instead, they were fighting for me to get at a meeting done on "zoom" so we all can hear what UC has to say and what the DEVS has to say, but the DEVS were resisting to even communicate with me.
This may have happened because they are very nervous at this point and are having trust issues.
I finally reached out one last time to BEN on WhatsApp as he is the "main boss" of the project, I told him that you can get back the coins in exchange for BNB in equivalent value,
but I was already BLOCKED so basically I was speaking to a wall.
Now here is the finale, if you were in my position and holding 1% of the max supply, and you were not respected anymore as the
"Project Manager" and there was no one willing to speak with me from the (DEV) team, what will you do with your % ??
Think of it as you are a "shareholder of a company" and the whole BOARD does not accept you anymore,
what will you do with your shares % ??
That's all I have to say from my side.
I am over it and am moving on
as time is more valuable for me but I have learned a great lesson from both situations.
