How Being "Crypto Agnostic" Helps Publish0x in it's Mission
Publish0x is taking the cryptocurrency blogging platform world by storm. It regularly distributes thousands of dollars in DAI
Publish0x does not have a "native token" that users can stake or convert on its platform. Other blogging sites including Weku, Steemit, Golos.io and Bearshares all have a custom token that users stake for more influence on the platform. These "influence tokens" allow whales and large investors to dictate policy, increase their income and essentially hoard rewards. Publish0x does not have influence tokens, rather good networking and content fuels earnings.
When users are rewarded with coins that can be used widely outside of the platform and are not primarily functional influence tokens, innovators win. Hard work is rewarded through social networking and excellent content over whale status. As a user of Weku, Steemit, Golos and Bearshares I do have a sizable amount of influence tokens on each site, and use my weight to gain more rewards. One can simply use their weight as a whale to make more rewards by influencing others to vote for their content en masse in hopes of a reward. Might makes right.
Time has shown that those with the gold make the rules. Publish0x is a great example of fair and honest rewards for content creators without the platform influence token.
