Identity verification 
Step 1: In the personal section > select Account and Security.

Step 2: Under Real name verification > click Basic verification. 

Step 3: Click Confirm 

Step 4: Click Start to begin identity verification.

Step 5: You need to choose 1 of 3 verification methods. 

Step 6: Then download the photo of the front and back of the ID and wait for the floor to confirm.
