Buses shouting. Generators humming. People talking over each other just to be heard.
So I decided to be quiet.
Not because I have nothing to say. But because quiet people hear more and silence is golden.
When you are quiet in Lagos, you notice things.
You notice who checks on you when you have nothing to give/offer. You notice how peace is expensive.
Being quiet taught me three things:
1. Not everything needs a reply. Some argument are better left unfinished.
2. Privacy is classy. The less people know about your next move, the more peaceful your life becomes.
3. Quiet is not weakness. It is control. It takes discipline to stay calm when the city is screaming
I am learning to live low, write soft, and let my work speak later.
I am inkcognito. No face, no noise . Just words that stay.
