Face Forward

Most of the #photography of Arlington shared so far shows rows of headstones from the side view....all lined up. That doesn't mean you won't see more coming that show the face of the stones.

This photo provides one of the first, and a fine suggestion of what's in store. Notice how many tombstones rest on top of stone slabs to help preserve them from direct contact with the grass and soil.
