I kept seeing Twitter Spaces for the club show up in my feed. I didn’t know much about the project and admittedly wasn’t initially interested. But many people I followed kept posting the spaces over and over, so I decided to join in. It was Thursday night, 24 hrs before their minting day.
They were in the process of giving away free NFTs and I noticed quickly people passing on their winnings. And then a gentleman by the name of Jon came on. He told a story that tugged at everyone’s hearts. And immediately the community in the space and in the discord started to rally together and help him with his situation. It was amazing to witness and even partake in.
You take the strength and care of the community on top of the fact that I heard them talk about the commitment to rehabilitate real life race horses after they are done racing and I was sold. I was going to acquire one, one way or another. And I was going to flip it.
As a single mama to 2, I had to do some major shuffling and was able to come up with the funds to mint a pony on mint day, but only the one. It was 300CRO and minting on EbisusBay, which luckily the markets had dropped and CRO was a nice low price to buy. The idea of trading still seemed appealing as trading is usually how I keep the bills paid.
This morning however, the day after mint day, I opened one of the Twitter Spaces again — which they call the Stables, while I was busy making breakfast for my kids and I heard them all talk about their strategies behind their horses and explain all the ways you can make money with each horse.
You can make money from selling the horse of course, but you can also make money by holding it, using it in the upcoming game (racing, breeding and leasing) and from getting a portion of the winnings that the real life horse team owned by the club earns. Read whitepaper for more details.

And suddenly I am curious enough to hold on to my horse and contribute to the community.
Summary:
Strong community + charity + great utility = a solid project worth looking into and investing in (imo, dyor)
