The Non Return Point

The Non Return Point

Owning crypto is no longer such a fancy thing and every here and there I find real life folks that own such currencies, know a few things about blockchain and get the perspective it has. It's not even hard to come to that level of understanding when you're actually living in a modern slavery swamp built on lies and debt.

According to CZ of Binance it seems that 500 million people around the world are holding crypto, used it or at some point owned it. I don't know if I should believe this statement, but it's clear that this revolution is gradually gaining traction. It will be hard to stop at some point.

Take NFTs for example, a concept that I haven't honestly been too excited about. Austria, a relatively small European country with an odd German language, on the other hand has released a line of 150,000 “crypto stamps,” a set containing a crypto collectible authenticator and a stamp that can be used for actual mail back in 2019.

Since then it has worked on combining NFT and NFC tech for digital postage stamp releasing the Crypto Stamp 3.0 project already.

“For the first time, NFC technology is also being used on an Austrian postage stamp: The Crypto Stamp 3.0 is based on an NFC-supported authenticity check and is cryptographically encrypted. […] By reading out the NFC chip, both the authenticity and the digital twin can be revealed. Crypto Stamp 3.0 will have a market value of 9.90 euros ($12), with a total circulation of 100,000 stamps. Registration for preordering the NFT stamp will reportedly commence in June.”

NFTs are taking over the world and so is crypto. NBA star LaMelo ‘mints career’ on NFTs and the hype of NFTs is not exclusive to US or just a couple of European countries. My own shitty one has already seen a renowned TV start minting his own NFT. It's happening and as @taskmaster4450 use to say quite often, "it's hard to fight against technology".

Technology, especially AI is feared by quite a few of us living in this world that's about to decouple from a lot of traditional stuff and move towards a technological era. It will for sure have its positive and negative, but at some point seems that tech is "the only impartial processing power being able to take us out of the governments enslaving loops.

I found the pic from this post on twitter so relevant these days and so in tune of what crypto's trying to fight and disrupt. I am against paying taxes the traditional ways, I've tried my best to avoid paying them and will do that for as long as possible. I am paying taxes in crypto with crypto and those are called gas fees, or transaction fees, or whatever...

When paying such taxes/fees you're actually rewarding a proof of work process, but when paying taxes to a corrupt government, and this pandemic has proved they're all corrupt, to whom and for what are we paying them... If they can print money out of freaking thin air why the hell "our money/crypto" are bad and why should we still be paying taxes?

It's pure nonsense and luckily more and more people that have a bit of technology understanding are noticing this nonsense. My father included, has bought a bit of crypto a few months ago based on realizing how crooked governments and the financial system are. I have stated this many times on my blog and will do that once again: crypto doesn't need laws and regulations, government approvals, and we shouldn't seek that.

Blockchain technology and crypto have been created to disrupt those and to create a new governance system that works for the people, once again restoring trust, transparency and efficiency for a new financial system. As long as we obey, comply and ask for approvals from these crooked draconian leaders we haven't fully understood this tech and what's to be disrupted.

Bitcoin(crypto) doesn't need ETFs, regulations and other crap. All it needs is code bars to be scanned and the general public to start using the damn coins. If [two little girls that are selling lemonade have understood the concept])https://leofinance.io/@wil.metcalfe/my-2-little-and-tiny-lemonpreneurs-kids-bitcoin-and-the-hive-blockchain-lemonzest) why adults can't do that?

If still foggy about this concept, dig @onealfa Vimeo video created with his daughter about eight years ago and see how relevant it still is. If only used for speculation, how different is Bitcoin from GameStop?... Luckily we're on the right track imo. The most ardent aspect of crypto that needs to be taken care of in the near future is usability.

Thanks for attention,
Adrian
