It's been days in a row since the petrol and diesel prices in here are being increased with a few percentages every day. Diesel is literally some 5% more today since I tanked about a week ago and Putin isn't even done yet with Ukraine. The man says he's gonna accomplish his plans at any cost.

I don't know if that implies an atomic bomb or not, but the future doesn't look bright at all. I am very frustrated in this regard because every time I had the chance to literally change my life exponentially, this time thanks to crypto, some sort of a crisis has to come and fuck my happiness.

I was talking with a friend of mine yesterday and was saying that I no longer drive my car as often as I used to, just a few months ago, especially since the price of diesel started reaching the 7 RON/L, which is about $1.7 per liter. I literally drive to the supermarket and wherever have the need to, but no longer driving just for fun or going to places near by.

He's outraged about the situation with petrol prices as well, but he has a different approach. Having a small company, he pretty much needs to drive every day. I mean, that's not a choice, you have to get there and make money and the idea is that he's gonna "pump his prices" to his services as well in order to keep up with the rising prices of petrol.

Everyone is going to do the same and when you think of that for a second, the ones that are suffering the most are the end users, whether food products, automobiles, petrol, electronics, everything is going to rise in price and again the ones having to pay the price in the most painful way for all this shit in the world are the regular folks.

Individuals who are probably working 8-10 hours a day to make a living, men who would probably have to go to war if we're gonna have one, these are the ones suffering the most and will suffer the most in the near future. What do company owners do in such situations, like the one with rising oil prices? They rise the prices of their goods as well.

It's that simple.

Chances are that probably some of us won't buy themselves the new iPhone or Samsung this year and stick to the old one, or won't renew their wardrobe, but we still have to eat, commute, pay for gas and electricity which are also going to be more expensive than they did a few months ago, face unplanned purchases and so on and all of these are probably going to push us into a recession.

I have to admit that I'm not very good at finance, I'm mostly into crypto, but something is smelly right now and somehow, us the end users, would have a chance at completely changing our lives right now and take all this pressure off, that we have on our shoulders, but we need unity to achieve that...

If none would have gone to war in Ukraine, if none of us would fill their car tanks for at least one week as a protest, not buying certain goods and definitely not comply to covid measures, the whole situation on earth would be way brighter. We're highly divided and that's why all of this shit is possible. It's the minnows and planktons, though, that always suffer the most during such times.

Hope I'm wrong on this one, but the crisis we had in 2008 will probably be a child's play in comparison with this one...
