2020 is slowly dying and it has been quite a mix of a year. On a personal note, it started highly pumped, full of resolutions and good vibes, it was supposed to outperform 2019 on every level and then...corona hit us. Now we're a few hours away from stepping into 2021 in my part of the world and it's time to make a review of the year that passed.
No, not actually. What's gone is gone. Instead I'll look into the future and what's promising about it, mostly from the crypto perspective, and talk a bit about the perspective it has. Quite bullish I'd say, as we're in a bull market currently, but the horizons are open beyond the bull market bubble. It's about the things that are here to stay once euphoria fades away.
I joined Steem right when the euphoria was fading away, in February 2018, and being a newbie at the end of the party wasn't too fun, but I hang around and although not active any longer on Steem, I am a dedicated hiver, an active leofinance content creator, the master cross poster on Publis0x, recently created myself a noise.cash account as well and am highly excited about the new microblogging platform from leofinance that was announced/leaked.
When do I got time to eat? Good point... Well, I do, but the key difference between myself now and the self three years ago is that plenty of my time spent online is tokenzied, whereas when using facebook and instagram for hours every day, back then, nobody would pay me shit.
It's amazing to see how many new things are being tokenized with every year and how much internet money is to be collected. Some attention and energy are required to be able to make the most out of these tokens, but nothing comes free. 5x in three years is not bad though. Wait, what 5x am I talking about?
Well, five ways of earning crypto online that I am aware of and making the most out of. Actually four at the moment, but once mleo is out, I will be having 5 ways to earn crypto online and probably so do you. That's how I see the mass evolution the crypto industry is involved in. From earning a few dollars a month on Steem to a few hundreds from 5 distinct sources it's quite an improvement.
Maybe there are other ones out there as well, but I'm not aware of them and sometimes too much is too much. Not making fortunes yet and could say that am still collecting pennies...somehow, but when the 5x gets another 5x in price appreciation during this bull market, the fun level will grow exponentially. 2021 will be the year of crypto and old friends will once again call you and ask about BTC.
The best part this year, at least in my case, is that my hopes and expectations are not tied solely to the money invested in crypto as it was the case in 2017, but also to the earing streams that I got at hand. Leofinance is by far the strongest one and LEO seems to be stepping one stair further in price valuation lately, and I don't see any reason in ditching the other ones less performant.
Leofinance being a Hive community and app means that I am automatically tied to it, Publis0x is the garden of heaven for cross posting, this noise.cash thing seems to be good for earning a couple of bucks a day and microblogging from leo will tokenize my free tweets and add something up. None of those chances to earn crypto online is to be wasted.
Hence I'm excited about 2021 and I am confident that 2021 will be the year when my content creator status will start paying off decently and become my main source for income. Fingers crossed. If all of these mentioned above will do a 5x from where they are now, then I will be sitting quite comfortably in my shoes. A bear market will for sure follow the bull one, but the correction level might be higher than where we're currently at so no reason to worry.
2020, the odd mix of a year is coming to an end as I write this post and am honestly hyped and confident for a great 2021. I have the right to be and we should all have the right to happiness. It's just that we allowed the wrong persons to share that with us in small drops. Have a great day and a happy new year!
