Justice or equal rights, which is greater? Which is more necessary.
Friends, you have understood by looking at the title what I want to present to you today. So without going into the introduction, let's go straight back to the main point, basically equal rights and justice are both positive things. But from my point of view, although both are positive, one is more logical and appropriate than the other. First of all, let me say that maybe your logic or your thinking may be an exception. However, I am going to share the blog with you from my angle or from my thoughts.
Many times, equal rights are seen as a very positive thing. However, in the case of equal rights, numerous people or a community or at different levels have to be cheated. For example, let me share a normal thing with you. For example, a social or cultural program has been organized in your area. And in that case, a subscription is being collected from the entire society. In this case, the subscription is determined for all those who are eligible to pay.
To put it a little clearer, suppose a person's source of livelihood or income is very strong. For that person, his contribution for equal rights is set at 1,000 taka. On the other hand, the income of another person is not very high. However, he is eligible for contribution and for him, 1,000 taka has been set for equal rights. Now, let's take a very low-income person, who has no guarantee of income source. Maybe he has income or not. But for him, the contribution for equal rights is set at 1,000 taka.
So, is this equal right really appropriate? And is this equal right for everyone's welfare? In my opinion, equal rights should not be done here at all. Because in the cry for equal rights, it will be seen that some classes of citizens will be deprived of benefits, or some classes of citizens will be burdened, and some classes of citizens will have to be cheated. That is why, in my opinion, equal rights are not right.
Now, what will happen if we consider this matter fairly? Suppose the contribution for that socio-cultural program is set at 1,000 taka. It can be set in some categories. For example, if it is 1,000 for those who are rich. For those who have a little less money, the amount of the donation is also a little less and for those who have nothing at all, the amount of the donation is calculated accordingly. In this way, no one will have to cheat and everyone can participate according to their ability. And this is basically justice. No one will cheat. No one will be burdened. And equal rights can be obtained in the midst of justice.
Now I am going to present the matter to you very easily through two pictures. The first picture that you can see, let's call it equal rights. And here it is understood that two adults are watching the game from outside the boundary. However, since the platform from which they are standing is equal, the two adults can see the game. However, the person who is a little smaller than him cannot see the game at all. So let's suppose that someone or the other is deprived of an advantage due to equal or equal rights.
Now let's come to the second picture. I called it fair rights or justice. In this case, it was seen that a platform was made a little higher than the platform made for adults to watch the game, only for those who are a little younger or younger than those equal people. Now what is the advantage? In this case, three people can watch the game equally. But in the picture that I shared with you earlier, only the elders can watch the game. But the children will not be able to watch the game.
So friends, do you understand that in some cases, even equal rights become a burden on others. So I think that not equal rights but justice is logical and appropriate. So I will not talk much today and will declare it over here. However, if you have anything to say or have an opinion from your angle, you can definitely tell me in the comments. Thank you and leave, Allah Hafez.
