Setting Up & Changing Your Tags On LBRY (Viewer) 📺

By Scott Cunningham | How To LBRY | 31 May 2020

In this brief guide, we will cover how to get to your tags, modify them, and setup your feed with the topics you want to see as a viewer. I will cover tags as a content creator in another episode/

You can watch the video here:

When you view at the right sidebar on LBRY, you’ll see the tags that you follow listed and you can click on any of them to look at the content on each individually or you can navigate to “Your Tags” to see all of the content regarding your tags.

In both situations, just above the feed on the top left, you will see the filters you can apply to between Trending, New, and Top. You also have the menu sliders button to the right of that where you can further add specifications like if you’re searching for a channel versus a post.

On the top right of your newsfeed, you’ll see “Manage” which is where you can go to change the main tags that you are following and a pool of many tags being used currently in use on LBRY which you can browse for some idea. You can search for tags or just click on them to add them. Similarly, you can click on the tags you are following to remove them. These “known tags” are based on what people have posted with their LBRY videos in their first 5 tags.

I hope this helps you learn the inner workings of LBRY and give you the tools, tips, and tricks you need to succeed in your ventures here. Please comment on any video or on the channel any topics you’d like to see that aren’t listed or anything you need help with!
