Discuss below some of the most important information and updates for the upcoming FRM Stake and Earn 2.0.

What is Staking?
Before we go forward for the details of the FRM Stake and Earn 2.0 program, let us discuss first the meaning of Staking.

Staking simply meant to be the process of holding some token preferably the required minimum amount into different type of cryptocurrency compatible wallet of your choice for the purpose of supporting any operations of the project or cryprocurrency. The participants of the staking program will get rewarded by just depositing and holding the coins/tokens with specific time of return based on the coins/tokens you hold. Rewards are calculated based on staking time period; the longer you stake your coins/tokens, the more you earn.

FRM Stake and Earn 2.0
Now, let us discuss the newest Staking program of Ferrum Network – FRM Stake and Earn 2.0. The newest staking program is simply the same as the previous staking program of Ferrum Network with the following basic information and updates for the upcoming Staking.

Basic Information:

• It is smart contract based: like Staking 1.0, FRM Stake and Earn will be smart contract staking for FRM ERC-20 tokens.
• It is pool based: multiple contributors can contribute to the same (or multiple) staking pools.
• It built for simplicity: send tokens to a designated staking address from any dApp wallet, stake until the early withdraw period opens, and then unstake any amount, at any time, to receive your earned staked rewards and principal.
• It rewards long-term stakers: although there is an early withdraw option, staking until full maturity offers participants the maximum rewards, PLUS a share of tokens forfeited by those who withdrew early. In addition, rewards increases daily starting from the early withdraw date — so the longer you stake the more you earn.
• It is inclusive: our staking has a low minimum amount to ensure that everyone can participate.
• It is limited in time: pools will be open for three days only. There will be enough time in advance for participants to plan and prepare. In addition, a countdown timer will be available.

Updates for upcoming Staking 2.0:

• dApp wallet compatibility: FRM Stake and Earn will work with most dApp wallets. It will still be optimized for MetaMask. Although the staking website will prompt to connect to a MetaMask wallet, prospective users can opt to contribute from other dApp wallets (instructions guides will be provided for My Ether Wallet (MEW), Trust Wallet, and My Crypto).
• New lower minimum: we have reduced the staking minimum to 2500 FRM from 5000 FRM to give more people the opportunity to stake.
• No more gas issues: during staking 1.0, MetaMask defaulted to a very high gas fee, and those who missed the written or video guide were not aware of the procedure to lower the fee. We have fixed this problem and the gas fee will be automatically set to a lower level (although note you should edit it if you want to pay more gas so the transaction processes faster).

Newest Rewards and Pools:

• Rhodium: 2 years staking. 85% rewards. 1.5M pool
  – Early withdrawal (1 year: 365 days) 35% rewards.
• Promethium: 1 year 9 months. 65% rewards. 3M pool
  – Early withdrawal (10.5 months: 315 days) 27% rewards.
• Palladium: 1 year 3 months. 45% rewards. 3.5M pool.
  – Early withdrawal (7.5 months: 225 days) 15%
• Titanium: 9 months. 25% 2M pool
  – Early withdrawal (4.5 months: 135 days) 6%

The very exciting feature for the coming Ferrum Network Staking program 2.0 is being listed on Honest Mining. With Honest Mining and Ferrum Network partnership, it definitely ensures that the staking process is fair and equal and will give the opportunity to give more chance to join the staking program 2.0. FRM staking mechanisms in collaboration with Honest Mining named HM Staking Pool which has 2,500,000 FRM of total pool size.

In general the basic of FRM x HM Staking Pools are as follows:

• It is pool based:
  FRM Staking pools are like a pie with a duration of 365 days. However, the user will have an option to exit in 180 days with an early withdrawal rate of 10% or choose to reap a 35% maximum reward if they choose to join and stay for 365 days.
• It rewards long-term stakers:
  Although there is an early withdrawal option, staking until full maturity offers participants the maximum reward. In addition, rewards increase daily starting from the early-withdrawal date — so the longer you stake the more you earn.
• It is inclusive:
  Our staking has a low minimum amount – 2,500 FRM/seat, to ensure that everyone can participate. There is also no additional fee for joining or exiting the pool.
• It is limited in time:
  Pools will be open for seven (7) days only or if the pool fulfilled. There will be enough time in advance for participants to plan and prepare. In addition, a countdown timer will be presented.
• Service fee:
