The Second time Musk tweeted about the meme coin on his own is another starting point for Dogecoin. Outside of the response, Musk's first tweet about Dogecoin was on July 17, 2020, when he shared a meme of Dogecoin passing through the global financial system, saying, "It's inevitable."
