so on to my first experiment with my new ttbit miners. These little usb scrypt miners cost about 25 quid each so not breaking the bank cheap enough to buy one and just get started. So after playing around with mining software and trawling the Internet on how tos I finally settled on bfg miner which is a console command based miner. Now the most tricky thing here was configuring the miner bearing in mind I know how to use a computer but not to the extent of mining so treat this as i pretty much taught myself over the last week how to set this up so if i can do it most people can lol.. so you need your computer a free USB slot ( I was recommended to buy a powered USB hub but my computer seems to run all three ttbits no problem so up to you) bfg miner (google it and download from a trusted source) and word pad or similar text editing software. Then you need to write a config file ( most downloads come with template examples so can just edit and input your credentials) this consists of the pool you wish to mine with do your research on whichever pool best suits your needs. I am mining scrypt algorithm so I chose ltc or litecoin. Then your worker username worker password all supplied by given pool. Then you want to check out how to detect your miners. You will need zadig and the latest drivers for your ttbit i got these online then you need to load the drivers to your device using zadig. Okay if your still keeping up then next is to set your parameters me having limited knowledge set up using very basic --mld auto setting. And I set the speed at 600 if you are lucky the place you get your ttbit you should have a config already set and you just need to edit your own credentials sorta cheating but it gives you a rough idea on how to set future mining equipment and a good lesson to learn. Anyway I'm firing mi e up now so will keep updated on revenue electric costs and so on on a daily weekly and monthly basis. Again we won't get rich mining ltc this way but this is just learning the ropes so bare with me obvs there a people out there who know a lot more than me so this is just for us noobs lol and literally entry level stuff. Keep at it and it will just click instant youve got it but Google was my best friend during this
