♦ Travel is not my passion put I love it in my early life I didn't travel more because of my family restrictions but as I started my bachelor life I also started travel and explor of things.during the winter vacations  I travel towards the fort of Umarkot This fort is 40 km away from our city this fort located on a famous and old city Umerkot its old name was Amarkot, Sindh has a great cultural diversity and umerkot is a unique place in sindhi culture it was the province of greater sindh.
♦ The diverse culture and history of umerkot make it one of the fascinating place in sindh pakistan. once you step inside the fort you feel surrounded by the folktales and these folktales about umer soomro ,Rano sodho,marvi of malir ,moomal of kak mehal, and many unsung characters. as I reached at fort I saw a most amazing place has a tower and cannons are installed on it this place seems to look very gorgeous.umerkot or amerkot as natives say,is a fort of soomra dynesty.
♦ Some peoples believe that the fort was built by umer soomro but the fact is that it was made by rajput ranas of umerkot than called amarkot the life here has hardly changed,you can still feel acient touch of the times when Rajpot ruled this part of land.

♦ The life here reflects the rule of Rajputs ,Samas and Mughals.Friends!would you believe the akber great Mughal Empror was born in umerkot .after long walk in fort I saw a many old places of kings and many more and moved towards museum of fort in this museum no photography  allowed that why I cant take any picture of it, in museum we saw many old weapons and jwelries used by kings and their queens.
♦ The wall of fort were strategically built to deploy archers for the defence of the fort.at this fort I learn some native language of that region. There is a one famous market of bangles .after at all I decided to go at the birth place of Mughal Empror Akber and that place is ending of my travel .
