Discovering Passions and Interests

I

Here is the humanized version of your text:

Uncovering Passion and Interests

In life, there are things we just absolutely love to do! There are things we naturally feel drawn to.
There are things that we become lost in—entering a flow. There are tasks that we are interested in, those that inspire us, or get us moving. In a search for your purpose, a great place to gaze is at THESE things! Purpose connotes meaning, but it also implies something that it feels like we were made to do. The good news is we instinctually or intuitively know what we’re “made for”—we can feel it. It’s that inner nudge that pulls us toward what we love, do naturally, and care about.

There are 6 key elements to igniting your passions by both remembering them and living in alignment with them: childhood fascination, adult interests, your talent, your aspirations, your beliefs, and your dedication. You can print out questions from below and locate yours.

CHILDHOOD MIRACLE: Meetings from Childhood

You can derive great insight into your real nature as well as your natural passions and interests from thinking about what you were inspired by as a kid. Your childhood marvels were there before you developed filters due to the influence of others and the limiting beliefs you developed as you grew up. Very often your innate talent, inclinations, and interests were lost in the process because you were informed they were not practical, realistic, nor worthy. Many times, you were not even provided the opportunity to investigate them during free play and time of choice. Not all is lost, though! The real you, your inner child, knew all along.

Now and again our youthful interests and enjoyments can rejuvenate our adult life. Other times those ancient inspirations no longer mean a thing to us and reveal how changed we’ve become.

When I was a child, I wanted to do this when I grew up:

As a child (and in the past), I liked: (everything you can imagine—from activity to place, from food to traditions you've had—list what you liked and WHY you liked it)

Based on your values and ideals about life, you end up wanting the world to be an improvement—sometimes in a particular fashion. Listening to your larger values can unlock your passion.
