Stop what you're doing and read this pathetic attempt to whitewash US attacks on (crypto) privacy

Since the last time I checked upon Tornado Cash, its (main) developer Pertsev has been released on bail after sitting in dungeon in the Netherlands without trial for nine months. The charges were a complete joke and so is this US district court for upholding the illegitimate sanctions against TORN: "Sanctions imposed last year by the U.S. Treasury Department against decentralized cryptocurrency platform Tornado Cash are here to stay, according to a recent ruling by a federal judge....Six individuals filed a civil lawsuit in the U.S. District Court in Austin, Texas, last September against the Treasury Department and its leaders, alleging the designations against Tornado Cash exceeded the department’s legal authority over foreign nationals’ interests in property and violated the First Amendment...The suit was financed by crypto exchange Coinbase Global in an effort to defend privacy in crypto."

Thanks for at least trying Coinbase. Now as pathetic as all this is, it's clear as day who the aggressor and enemy of privacy and individual freedom is in all this, but that doesn't stop some degenerates from preforming their mental gymnastics and try their very best to do some damage control. This Forbes article here is nothing more than an attempt to reassure the delusional that they are (still) on the right side that strives for freedom and justice, because it's not their government or country who's not allowing them any privacy, no it's this guy:

Just the title and the very first paragraph reeks of brain damage and pure idiocy: "The sanctions against Tornado Cash, a privacy tool for blockchain transactions, have shaken people’s confidence in the future of privacy on the blockchain." Ohhh have they now? One would think that they've woken some people up regarding who their enemy truly is. It's not Kimmie who is illegally detaining Pertsev and violating US citizens' basic privacy rights. This tactic of the aggressor laying blame elsewhere is equally repulsive as the sexual offender trying to lay blame on their victims. "They seduced me by wearing skimpy outfits your honor."

"Too much power is given here to criminal actors to further harm the general population. North Korean hackers should not be able to reduce the privacy and freedom to transact of U.S. persons and entities." Uuhh no, too much power is given to a bunch of dirty old men and women in Washington by vassal states in the EU who allow them to reduce privacy and freedom of transactions across Europe since...you know....attacking Tornado Cash and trying to block its services from the internet effects much more than just US citizens. Speaking of which btw is still up and running and the day it isn't is the day we should really, really fear for the future of decentralization and crypto as a whole. Just remember to protect your identity, configure your Metamask network and customize the RPC since Infura has come out as the blockchain anti-christ.

Speaking of which, perhaps that Gabriel guy and his Duckduckgo should focus more on scammers and try to take phishing websites down from their search results instead of having them as the very top result, as oppose to taking media and news articles from certain countries down. Just a thought, because the very first Tornado Cash query is a scam and has been up there for months now. Do not click, do not connect your wallet.

"isolating criminal organizations and fighting against them to protect and defend public interests should not involve disproportionate harm to that public. This circular reasoning currently justifies restricting freedoms for the pursuit of justice. Put in other terms, can a peaceful citizen threaten national security by exercising his or her rights and freedoms enshrined in the constitution?" Wow I'm genuinely shocked, a little bit of sanity and reasoning. Too bad though that it's almost hidden away in the very last paragraph of the article and thus the least possible chance of readers actually reading it. Funny how dat works no?😉

Things are almost never as they seem. If you sincerely think that world powers would spend their money and resources in order to just "help" citizens from foreign nations, you might want to ask yourself why they've been neglecting and out right murdering their own citizens for decades. What are their true motives for wanting to fund foreign (terror) groups, start global confrontations and wars? I'll let you in on a little secret; It has NOTHING to do with "human rights" nor "democracy".
