Here's a story and it's 100% historically fact based, so if this were posted on Facebook, Youtube or Twitter...I mean "X" and got a lot of attention, there would be no "fact check" or "community note" to argue against it or correct it's claims, it would simply disappear via shadow bans or even shamelessly deleting the post or entire account.
You've got to love the irony here and at the same time be baffled how the people who did outrageous stuff like delete Youtube's most viewed news channel, are claiming that they are the ones "defending free speech" for the sake of democracy. I mean, are they trolling us or do they really think the entire world is as dumb as their own followers/voters? Or maybe it's that Goebbels tactic, you know the one where if you repeat your nonsense often enough, the keyboard monkeys will eventually believe it and even quote you and spread your lies around like an online pandemic.

So who was Mossadegh? Well, a man of many talents and sincere intentions but if you focus on his historic identity, he was the last truly democratically elected PM of Iran in a time where women could wear what they wanted and men could eat/drink whatever they wanted. And yes it all took place under the undisputed democratic will of the Iranian citizens in a region that was (still is) rather unstable. Quite the accomplishment no? You'd think that freedom loving democracy warriors would want to defend such an exception and hope it succeeds so the region could perhaps follow suit and millions of people could live peacefully and happily in their own countries which developed and progressed over time, as oppose to war torn regions ruled by Sharia law enforcing terrorists who cause death and destruction along with millions of refugees. But no, alas this "democracy" angle is and always has been a farce, a facade, an absolute sham.
You see, what Mossadegh did and arguably what made him so popular among voters to begin with, is that he was a socialist leader who strove for equality among the people and the country as a whole on the global stage. One of his ideals was to nationalize the country's oil industry. With support of both the parliament and the people, the dictator family dubbed "monarchy Shah" infamously said to his Western puppetmasters: "in the face of public opinion, there was no way I can say a word against nationalization." If you don't fully grasp what this meant at the time, it was the US and England trying to get rid of the country's democratically elected government, replace it with a full on Shah dictatorship to which they promised a blank cheque and would look the other way for whatever atrocities committed to get this done. But admitting he himself was powerless against both the PM, parliament with full support of the people, this is what happened next:
So to quickly summarize what is a rather well known fact by now, English anger of a country becoming sovereign and independent and nationalizing their own resources led to them trying to oust it's democratic government and replace it with a dictatorship, but when they were incapable of doing so approached the United States for help who along with a few rotten Iranian apples managed to put an end to democracy in Iran. Well, perhaps not all of it's democracy since Iran, though miniature in scale, still has some democracy where the people can vote on some sort of opposing party in elections. Something that's entirely non-existent in certain other countries in the region. But nevertheless after all we know, some still try this shameless attempt to distort reality and vomit out this lunacy: "An Iranian-Led Coup Still Needed America’s Help."
To put to perspective how nauseating this must be to the average Iranian in what they perceive as a historic dark day and turning point for their country, this revolting headline is like someone writing on the anniversary of September 11 how back in 2001 the attacks were "A US-led attack on their own country which still needed Saudi help."
So where are we now, was it all "worth it"? No, because we are the forefront of another war that's where. Not only did the desired effects of the 1953 coup not last, the successor has been at odds with both England and the US for almost half a century now. Most will have missed the fact that there's this Greek tanker with almost 1 million barrels of hijacked Iranian oil sitting at a Texas port for several months now without anyone daring to take the barrels until very recently, since Iran has promised retaliation and take their tankers sailing near the strait of Hormuz in return. Citing an Iranian admiral on the matter “We hereby declare that we would hold any oil company that sought to unload our crude from the vessel responsible and we also hold America responsible...The era of hit and run is over, and if they hit, they should expect to be struck back." Which is also why the US now delusionally thinks they are on some sort of superhero mission and want to use neighboring countries to start stationing marines on oil tankers to prevent this from happening. You remember them, the ones we mentioned earlier that had 0.0 democracy yet are their very bestest friends. Gosh, it's almost as if this oil and gas thing is key in driving foreign policies and that this "women, democracy, freedom" charade is just a charade. Almost....😌
