Wasted Life

Wasted Life

I had trust in all you said,
Faith in everything you did,
But you let me down,
When you were killed.

This is a big disappointment,
A bitter pill to swallow.
Do you care?
Do you even know?

Thought we were against you,
Determined to put you down,
Darkening your corridors of life,
Laughing at the stumbles made.

Easily you gave up,
The struggle to exist,
To make a place for yourself,
Spread your name far and wide.

You chose to end it all,
Put the gun to your head,
There was a loud bang ---
This is how you’ll be remembered.
