One quiet night, unexpectedly,
Met you in cyberspace.
Then, feelings developed mutually,
History, my lonely days.
‘Tis fulfilling when you’re online,
Sharing my deepest thought.
If shocked, you show no sign,
Instead, delight you’ve brought.
There’s no prejudgement,
On the way I live.
Though not in agreement,
Yet, you don’t take leave.
Declared your desire for me,
Even with such a past.
But I’m buying time, let matters be,
Uncertain if this love would last.
