Held your promise
Of eternal bliss.
Made myself ready
With a touch of brandy.
Iron burnt red hot,
We gave it a shot.
Caught my breath,
Was near death.
The moment we kissed,
All pain was dismissed;
Flesh sizzling,
Heavenly was the stinging.
I was branded,
Into a new shape, molded,
My old self gone,
Instead, was reborn.
