You're a blessing in disguise
Totally unexpectedly appear;
Never thought you're the one
My life you daily cheer.
How could I be so blind
Influenced by third parties;
Or the noises in my head
And make-believe smarties.
You almost went away
Fed up by my action;
What can I say but a thousand apologies
You accepted without retraction.
Now, a second chance I have
Ever so grateful I am;
Treasure every minute of our day
As happy as Mary and her lamb.
