iTopVPN is another “freemium” VPN that is rather easy to setup and work with. The headquarters are based in China, which would be a reason to decrease the tendency of mine to use it, personally. Still, have to admit they’ve implemented some pretty good features.
Let’s get to our “free plan” analysis first.

Free servers are good with unblocking content, and surprisingly fast. They have been categorized offering different functionalities. iTopVpn calls them VPN for Apps, Games and Streaming (Websites). For instance, it has servers optimized for playing Minecraft, steaming Crunchyroll, and unblocking Snapchat.
In addition to VPN, iTop offers other products such as PDF viewer, Screen Recorder and Data Recovery.
For the record, I checked ISPs for Free US servers. iTopVPN uses Google DNS servers, as stated above in the list.
