Got up early to exercise today. Been waking up early this week but been busy with other things. Sometimes I have to leave home before 6 so I don’t get the chance to exercise. I haven’t been able to exercise this week even though I was told I could exercise in the evenings. Evening exercise is just not my thing.

After the exercise, I was home throughout the day. A friend came over in the late afternoon and I went to escort her. I had to walk a while, but I was glad that it was all for the steps. At the end of the day, I got s decent count.
