I have Wednesdays off and decided to make something good for breakfast. So today it's sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits and fried potatoes.
I cook my potatoes in my basket air fryer. I just cut them up and toss in olive oil. I cook at 400 degrees for 22 minutes and I shake them a couple times while they cook. I use self rising flour, butter, and buttermilk to make my biscuits. I baked them on a small cookie sheet in my oven air fryer at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. When they have about 5 minutes left to cook I flip them over so the bottoms get brown. Now I used to use lard or vegetable oil in my biscuits but I have been using butter instead for about 1 year now. The sausage I cut from a 1 lb roll and pattied out big enough to fit the biscuits. The most important thing about frying eggs is to keep the heat at medium or lower.
