Poly Penthouse, a dynamic and innovative project, recently hosted another exciting Twitter Space Call and Discord Auction event on June 10, 2023. The event showcased various P3 Business Development Collection, including the unveiling of new businesses and exciting giveaways. there was a wide range of items auctioned off, including properties, power plants, and financial institutions, these attracted participants eager to engage each other in bidding that went into the billions of qPPN. In this blog post, I will delve into the highlights of the Space Call and Auction, discussing the key takeaways.

Unstake PCM and PPN/qPPN Liquidity Pools 

One of the critical announcements made during the Twitter space call was regarding the unstaking of PCM. Participants were notified that by leaving PCM staked, they risked losing their earnings as the rewards were turned off. On the other hand, PPN staking, which was done previously via smart contract has moved to liquidity pools which are more efficient and more profitable for those that are interested in staking than with the previous method.

If you still have to unstake your PCMs, unstake them now. The more liquidity you provide, the greater the rewards will be.

Exciting Auction Highlights
The auction which took place on Discord after the Twitter Space featured ten items, three of which were auctioned for MATIC tokens, while the remaining seven were sold for qPPN tokens. The first item up for bidding was the Poly Penthouse Bank, an institution that provides financial services within the Poly Penthouse metaverse. Bids for this prestigious property started at 100,000 qPPN and skyrocketed to an astonishing 2.1 billion qPPN tokens, with the final bid placed by defaultyboi.

Another thrilling auction involved a race track, which attracted numerous bids. Starting at 5 MATIC, the final bid placed by bandidto8 reached 30 MATIC.

A private island was also up for grabs, with bidding starting at 100,000 qPPN. The price quickly escalated, reaching an impressive 3.66 billion qPPN tokens, ultimately sold to Handsom Minds. 

New Business Discord Ticket Submission
Those who were listening were informed that if they wished to propose a P3 business idea, they could create a discord ticket, and the Poly Penthouse team would consider it. Poly Penthouse is committed to fostering innovation and supporting entrepreneurial endeavors within its community.

Handbook V2 Launch and PPN Swapping 
The exciting news was the announcement of the upcoming release of Handbook V2. This handbook features all of the recent lore and features, serving as a resource for those seeking comprehensive knowledge about the Poly Penthouse Project.

Among the auctions,  Poly Penthouse also had a few giveaways

-Giveaways included some p3 development land and some transport vehicles.

1st giveaway was for a collection of 50 P3 development lands it was won by bandidO

2nd giveaway was for two sports cars to one lucky owner from the transport collection won by Link.

3rd was another 50 undeveloped lands and was won by Alfonso
