Just yesterday, we were feeling pretty smug about our crypto investments. Binance's latest report had us riding high, thinking May was just the start of a major comeback. The market was surging, our portfolio was looking healthy... life was good.
Then, BAM! The rug got pulled out from under us faster than you can say "FUD." One minute we were checking our gains, the next minute we were watching our hard-earned money disappear into the abyss. What the heck happened?
Apparently, the US job market decided to throw a wrench in the works. They added a ton of new jobs, which sounds great, right? But then the unemployment rate ticked up, and wages went up too. Suddenly, the economy is sending mixed signals, and the crypto market is freaking out.
Now everyone's on edge, waiting to see what inflation numbers look like next week. Bitcoin took a major hit. Thankfully, I personally managed to sell as soon as the dump started, thanks to my trusty stop-loss orders. I'll be watching the market closely and will come back progressively upon positive signs.
But this is not financial advice! Everyone's situation is different, and it's important to do your own research and make decisions that are right for you.
What's a crypto investor to do in this crazy market? Should we hold on for dear life, hoping for a rebound? Or cut our losses and run for the hills? I'm honestly not sure.
