Bitcoin
As far as my contract trades for bitcoin, I've been long, but have had to keep adding and minimizing size in profits. I just now exited out of my position and found a pattern to trade next. Meanwhile now, I'm waiting on the sidelines; despite reversal signals from the MACD, RSI, VPBR, RVGI, Keltner Channels, Bollinger's & many more; I'm still waiting for a higher time frame confirmation. Bitcoin is trading downwards until its breaks up.
I am concerned watching American traditional markets where the housing market could be reaching a bubble and bring the traditional US market down in a spiral. This will affect bitcoin and won't help the bullish momentum bitcoin has currently. Long term this is the greatest opportunity to set low buying orders to hold more bitcoin for a long term investment.
Targets for my next trade- $34.4 OR $30.5
Ethereum
As far as Ethereum in my contract trade, I'm still Long and have done the same as bitcoin-adding more and minimizing in profits. Eth to BTC is in my opinion still strong and likely to find a sideways channel soon even with BTC trading down. I'm looking to keep doing the same down to 1730 & then come to a decision to exit or continue long. Long term, I still have purchased Eth in 2200s, and below, to add to my long term hold.
Personally, I see Ethereum holding and most likely rising with the ETH 2.0 updates changing its circulating supply.
ALTS
Many alts I called pumped up a few times to take small profits or sell even at no profit. As I mentioned, market situation spiraled down and the coins with upwards momentum is lost. I'm now waiting for the next ones I will be trading. I feel the market will be trading sideways or lower down until a break happens to the upside.
Many traders sell and take a loss. My strategy is to hold. Right now, I buy momentum dips and sell those in small profits completely with pumps in times like this. I hold any previous investment until in profit.
