Biggest transfers in January transfer window 2022
In the recent transfer window have been executed 142 transfers in total value of £240.2m.
There are few transfers worth mentioning, but there is nothing like Mbappé, Messi, Neymar or Ronaldo changing their clubs. It is caused by the fact, that we are in the middle of season, so there is no need for big reinforcements.
The biggest transfers until now are:
Ferran Torres going from Manchester City to Barcelona (£46.3m),
Chris Wood from Burnley to Newcastle United (£25m),
Lucas Digne from Everton to Aston Villa (£23m)

Then we have some which were worth less than £20m
Vitalii Mykolenko from Dynamo Kyiv to Everton (£17.6m),
Ricardo Pepi from Dallas to Augsburg (£14.8m),
Jonathan Ikoné from Lille to Fiorentina (£13m),
Kieran Trippier from Atlético Madrid to Newcastle United (£12m),
Nathen Patterson from Rangers to Everton (£12m)
Others are under £10m
In the next episode I will be writing about potential of cryptocurrencies and NFTs in the football. So stay tuned in.
