REALM NFT Game Season 8

Season 8 of the REALM NFT game on the WAX blockchain started today with quite a few new features.
My first day will be spent discovering them and building my base.
The management aspect is important because the construction time can be long, and you have to plan your development well.

The first new feature is that you can now stake RLMs, the game currency, to benefit from a salary bonus for Leaders, as well as many other bonuses as shown in the table below:

To remove the RLM from the game (unstaking) you have to wait 72 hours.
As I don't have many RLM, won in the previous season I could only stake 100.
With my small 2 star leader the bonus is not very sensitive at this level.

The second new feature is an NFT collection system, the more diverse cards and different rarity levels you have the more bonuses you get in all areas.
For example my two basic leaders (given at the beginning of the game) give me a bonus of the team size of the helpers for the missions.

Another example, with my 2 star leader I get an XP bonus when I succeed in a mission.
The more NFT you have in each category, the higher the bonus.

My 3 NFTs give me a total 4% bonus for RLM rewards for certain missions that give access to them, I feel like they are random.

Conclusion on these new features:
Holders of many NFTs or a large stock of RLMs are at a huge advantage.
