Okay, everyone knows Coinbase, right?
Well, I want to share with you my wonderful experience during these months, which now has transformed into a nightmare.
Since I registered on Coinbase, everything seemed to be working smoothly. I earned also money by doing XLM, EOS, Compound, Celo Gold, Orchid, Band Protocol, and some other quiz. Also, I managed to make some little trades working out, making my balance grow within the weeks, investing here and here and so on...

This is my wallet during the year. I started exactly on the 31st of July, and as you can see my balance just grew up, both thanks to trades, quizzes, faucets, and similar platforms and I managed to make almost 100 euros, which isn't bad considering that I NEVER bought any single crypto with my Fiat money. The deep collapse you see there is just a transfer from Coinbase to Nexo, which is better for me since I'm just HODLING cryptos right now. Anyway, everything went always smooth in spite of the high commissions Coinbase takes for conversion and selling, but it was something I could deal with.
But now, I can say Coinbase is not what I thought it was. For some mysterious reasons, my account seems to be unverified, even if my verification level is the top one available! Let's start from the beginning.

Some weeks ago I wanted to take advantage of the Bitcoin growth and some other cryptos I'm tracking, like XLM, XRP, and Graph, but my beloved Coinbase app started to show this message, which literally says: "Account with limitations, you can't send, receive or convert any crypto. Contact our support at HTTP:// etc, etc... ". So, the first feeling I got there was "Ok, I'm screwed and I'll be banned from Coinbase for some reasons".
But then I went deep into it and found that I could solve the problem just by uploading my I.D again. You could think this is easy work to do, even because the platform is really user-friendly. Anyhow, I discovered that customer support is virtually nonexistent.

After getting this message saying that my birth date doesn't match for at least 10 or 12 times, I decided to try to contact customer support. Aaaand, guess what? I never received an answer. I already sent at least 4 or 6 emails, and I also put a 1-star rate on their PlayStore page thinking I would make my voice be heard, but what I got was actually nothing. It's been almost three weeks right now, and I can't even put my money in a safe place given that the market of the crypto I hold on Coinbase is going deep down.
I also found on Reddit that I'm not the first user who find this kind of problem, but I don't know anyone who actually managed to solve this. I can't even understand if this is a bug or something like that, and since the support is not answering any of my questions I feel like I'm left alone (lol, this seems to be a really sad story).
Anyhow, I, fortunately, transferred most of my funds to Nexo beforehand, but I would like to take advantage of some features which only Coinbase has, also because most of my faucets like Multimining and Freemining are connected to my Coinbase BTC wallet and I can't change the address.
I would like to know if some of you guys happened to find these problems too, and discover some solutions together. Also, it would be nice to know some exchange platforms like Coinbase, so feel free to leave your links below this post :)
This situation is actually sad, but I'm sure the Coinbase team will solve this. I mean, it's one of the most popular exchange platforms in the world, isn't it? If their team can't solve it, it would be a serious problem :D
