Desired outcomes:
1) i) To enhance students’ phonemic awareness so that they apply the blending of phonemes confidently and comprehend what they read. ii) to enhance students' understanding of frequently used affixes by consolidating Stellar Unit words that come with such affixes across the levels. iii) to introduce strategies learnt in the RRP 2.0 programme to English colleagues (word attack strategies, look say cover write check)
Key Appointments: Teaching one Primary 6 class Standard English and another P6 class Foundation Science
Desired outcomes: 2) To conduct lessons aimed at improving students' proficiency in the six Areas of Language (AoLL), thus inculcating a love of the English Language. Similarly, to conduct inquiry-based learning in class successfully to instill a love of Science and be environmentally responsible individuals.
Key Appointments: Build a cohesive class community and a sense of belonging, which translates to a Positive Classroom Culture and alleviates the areas of concern as surfaced in the Quality of School Experience survey in 2025.
Desired outcomes: Students will feel that they are well supported -- mentally and emotionally -- to undertake the challenges of their graduation year, be it studies or peer relationships. Students' parents will receive regular feedback and gain a deeper appreciation of their child's progress in school.

Desired Outcomes: Foundation Science students will be able to test their understanding of pertinent concepts with rigorously set and cogently organised weighted assessments/prelim paper.

Desired Outcomes: Both Yishun Primary School and MOE Kindergarten will get invaluable first-hand experience on the Science department's signature programmes: Young Scientist badges, Project Think.Eat.Save, hydroponics urban farming, and aquaponics. They will connect theory to practical and appreciate scientific principles in their every day life.
Key Appointments: As a member of the Student Development, I strive to support colleagues’ efforts in honing the leadership skills of our students, particularly the prefects.
Desired Outcomes: Student Leaders will be able to discharge their duties more confidently and showcase their leadership skills via the organising of school events like the Teachers' Day celebration.
