There are days where I feel like trapped air in a syringe, but there are other days when life releases its chokehold slightly, enabling me to breathe easily.
Both P6 classes were gainfully employed this morning, which freed me up to compile some questions on prepositions. It was the first question on the fourth graders’ exam — and 2/3 of the class had gotten it royally wrong. I even brought those FAST kits to class and went through those 7 questions.
School is winding down, so I won’t have many chances to brush up their understanding of prepositions. Nonetheless, today’s lesson was intentionally planned and executed with love, so I’m walking with a spring in my step right now.
