I have written previously about how Publish0x can enhance some of its features and offerings, but it is always fun to imagine an evolved version of Publish0x, a Publish0x 2.0 if you will! So, I am back to offer more suggestions in terms of Publish0x's development.
1) Tipping
I think the suggestion most salient in my mind is the tipping function, specifically for readers who leave comments but don't blog themselves. These days, I try to reply every comment I get and check out the commenter's work so that I can give a tip on his or her work the next day. However, sometimes I am unable to show my appreciation because the commenter doesn't blog. In my earlier months here, I posted articles that contain ideas for non-bloggers to take on and begin their blogging journey here. But I have come to realise that it was perhaps naive of me to influence user behaviour. So if I cannot encourage my readers effectively to blog their musings, I think another way in which I can reciprocate is to tip their comment(s).
In terms of funding, I try to click on the advertisements listed on Publish0x as much as I can. If I have the discipline to tip my fellow authors 7 times a day, I ought to have the stamina to click on a few advertisements to increase Publish0x's cash flow. Perhaps we can designate one day per month - Clicking Challenge - and campaign for users to click on the advertisements so as to raise funds to reward insightful comments.
If funding is an issue, then personally I don't mind paying for one tip per article out of my crypto funds. After all, what is 0.0002 to 0.0010 AMPL if it can put a smile on someone else's day?
2) Bookmark Feature
Right now, we can choose to follow the authors whose writing we admire and adore. But what if there is a particular article that we wish to keep for reference in the future? Let me use "Summary of the top 50 coins" written by Austras as an example. This is an incredibly well-researched and well-analysed article on the most popular cryptocurrencies. Currently, I need to remember the title and author of this article and go to Austras' profile before I can retrieve it for another read. If users are allowed to bookmark the articles they like and save them in a library/repository, I think this will strengthen Publish0x's image as an authoritative site for cryptocurrencies.

3) Feedback
Okay, this is a tad personal. While I am used to 'Dislikes', seeing a decrease in the number of followers never fails to let my heart skip a beat. Yes, feeling the effect of loss aversion literally. It's a free country and people are of course welcomed to unfollow me but as an aspiring author, I will love to have some feedback so that I know how to target my areas of growth. It's always good to understand how my writing is perceived by others (Case in point: thinking my writing is hilarious when it falls flat on humour) and how their perceptions differ from my opinion of my writing. Having a feedback system may help to raise the quality of writing here.
It is akin to someone unsubscribing from an email newsletter. He or she will be directed to a page and asked to choose the most appropriate option that details the reason why he or she chooses to unsubscribe. Having something like this will be great for me.
