“No one comes to an Indian restaurant to order fried rice,” my Indian ex-colleague cautioned during my first visit to Sakunthala. I followed his advice and ordered biryani rice. Since then, I have returned with my family several times. I have ordered different dishes - ranging from the common mutton biryani to the more exotic crab biryani and tissue prata - but one thing has stayed constant. The food here is delectable. I love pairing my meal with sinfully rich masala tea.
